Income-qualified households may also qualify for the state’s IRA Home Energy Rebates, which mostly require an IRA Registered Contractor, so ask before you sign. Can I combine offers?
One offer per job. The $1,000 bundle discount already includes the furnace and AC savings. Financing and rebates can be used with any offer.
Do the offers expire?
No set end date. These are everyday offers, not a countdown. If one ever changes, this page will say so, and whatever we put on your written proposal is the price you pay.
Is the $89 tune-up really a full service?
Yes. It is the same inspection we do on every maintenance visit, with a written report. If we find something that needs repair, you get a flat-rate price and decide; nothing is done without your approval.
