The same standard in every zip code

You get an honest diagnosis first. If a part fixes it, we tell you that. If the system is at the end of its life, we tell you that too and explain why, with the numbers from the actual test, not a sales pitch. Installs are clean: proper venting, correct sizing, sealed connections, full startup and testing before we leave. Financing is available through Wells Fargo, Marine Credit Union, or in-house.

Installs, estimates and non-urgent repairs are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekends by appointment. The emergency line is answered 24/7, any day.

Service area questions

How is a service call priced out in Waukesha County?

The same as everywhere else we work: the service call is $99 on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and $179 nights, weekends and holidays, anywhere in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties, and the repair is a flat-rate price you approve before any work starts. Nothing gets added afterwards.

How fast can you get here?

Inside Milwaukee County, usually the same day, and often within a couple of hours for no-heat and no-cool calls. Waukesha County runs a little longer depending on the community. We give you a real window when you call.

My town is not on the list. Do you still cover it?

Almost certainly, if it is in Milwaukee County or Waukesha County. Call or text 414-595-5175 and we will confirm in ten seconds.

Do you pull permits in every municipality?

Yes, whenever the work requires one. We handle the paperwork with the city or village and schedule the inspection.
