Every brand serviced and repaired

Furnace repair, usually same day

A furnace that won’t light, short-cycles, blows cold air or keeps tripping its limit is almost always one of a dozen known failures: a flame sensor, ignitor, pressure switch, inducer motor, blower motor, control board, gas valve or a clogged condensate drain. We carry the common parts for Lennox, Rheem, Carrier, Trane, Goodman, York and Bryant on the truck, so most repairs are finished on the first visit.

  • A $99 weekday service call ($179 nights, weekends and holidays), then a flat-rate repair price you approve before we start
  • Real readings on paper: temperature rise, gas pressure, flame signal and static pressure, so you can see why we recommend what we recommend
  • An honest repair-or-replace answer using the checklist we publish, not a sales pitch
  • Every brand and type: 80% and 90%+ furnaces, single-stage, two-stage and modulating
  • Every repair guaranteed for one year, parts and labor

Furnace replacement, sized for your house, not the old label

A new furnace should be sized with a load calculation, not by copying the number off the old one. Oversized furnaces short-cycle, run loud and leave rooms uneven. We measure first, then propose two or three Lennox or Rheem options in writing, from a solid 80% unit to a 96%+ two-stage or modulating system, with the price, the warranty and any rebate for each.

  • Free in-home estimate, about 45 minutes, written proposal the same day
  • Permit pulled and inspection scheduled when required; venting, gas and electrical done to code
  • Old equipment hauled away, new system started up, tested and documented, thermostat set up and explained
  • 10-year parts and labor warranty on Lennox and Rheem installs registered with the manufacturer; $500 off a furnace install, or $1,000 off a furnace and AC together

The $89 Precision Tune-Up

Once a year, before heating season. We clean the burners and flame sensor, inspect the heat exchanger, test ignition and safety controls, measure gas pressure and temperature rise, check the blower, filter and condensate drain, and leave you a written report. It is the cheapest heat insurance you can buy, and many manufacturer warranties expect yearly professional maintenance, so keep the report with your warranty papers.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you get here for no heat?

Same day in most cases, and often within a couple of hours inside Milwaukee County. Nights, weekends and holidays, the emergency line rings Mike’s cell, not a call center.

Should I repair or replace my furnace?

Replace it if the heat exchanger is cracked, if the repair costs more than half of a new system on a unit that is 15+ years old, or if it has needed two or three service calls in one winter. Repair it if one common part failed on an otherwise sound furnace, or the fix is a fraction of replacement and buys real years. We put the reasoning on paper before you pay for anything.

What furnace brands do you install?

New furnaces: Lennox and Rheem. We are an authorized dealer for both, which means factory-backed equipment and warranties registered in your name. Repairs: every brand you already own, including Carrier, Bryant, Trane, Goodman, Amana and York.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, whenever the work requires one, and most municipalities in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties require one for a furnace replacement. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection and include the cost in your written price.

Is a high-efficiency furnace worth it in Milwaukee?

Usually. In a Milwaukee winter a 96% furnace burns noticeably less gas than an 80% unit, and it qualifies for rebates the 80% unit does not. We show you the operating-cost difference with real numbers, and we will tell you when the cheaper unit is the smarter buy, for example in a house you plan to sell soon.

How much does a new furnace cost in Milwaukee?

Most Milwaukee-area gas furnace replacements run $3,000 to $9,000 installed, according to 2026 Milwaukee figures from HVAC Project Cost, a cost-estimate website: about $3,000 to $5,500 for a standard 80% furnace, $4,500 to $7,500 for a 96% two-stage model, and $6,000 to $9,000 for top-tier variable-capacity models. Those are area averages, not our quotes. Your price depends on the furnace, venting, ductwork and permit, and you get it in writing after a free in-home estimate. Sources and details are in our Milwaukee HVAC price guide.

Are your repairs guaranteed?

Yes. Every repair is guaranteed for one year, parts and labor. If something we fixed fails within that year, call us and we make it right at no charge.
