Every brand serviced and repaired
AC repair, flat-rate, every brand
Milwaukee summers are short, humid and hard on air conditioners that sit idle eight months a year. Most no-cool calls come down to a failed capacitor or contactor, a dead condenser fan motor, a refrigerant leak, a frozen evaporator coil from poor airflow, or a thermostat and wiring problem. We diagnose with gauges and meters, show you the readings, and quote a flat-rate price before touching anything.
- EPA-certified refrigerant handling on R-410A systems and the new R-454B equipment
- Leak search and repair before any refrigerant is added, so you are not paying to refill the same leak next summer
- Capacitors, contactors, fan motors, coils, line sets, thermostats, drain lines and more
- Honest answer on repair versus replace, with the numbers on paper
- Every repair guaranteed for one year, parts and labor
AC replacement, sized by a load calculation
An oversized air conditioner cools the air fast and shuts off before it removes humidity, which is why some Milwaukee houses feel clammy at 72 degrees. We size with a load calculation for your house, match the indoor coil to the outdoor unit, verify airflow, and propose two or three Lennox or Rheem options in writing with SEER2 ratings, prices and rebates for each.
- Free in-home estimate and written proposal the same day
- Matched condenser and evaporator coil, new line set or flush, proper refrigerant charge verified by subcooling and superheat
- Permit and inspection included in the written price
- 10-year parts and labor warranty on Lennox and Rheem installs registered with the manufacturer; $500 off, or $1,000 off when you replace the furnace at the same time
The $89 AC Precision Tune-Up
Every spring, before the first 90-degree day. We clean the outdoor coil, check the refrigerant charge, test the capacitor and contactor, measure amp draws and temperature split, clear the condensate drain, check the filter and airflow, and leave you a written report. Most mid-summer breakdowns show up here first, when they are still cheap.

Good to know
Frequently asked questions
Why is my air conditioner freezing up?
Ice on the indoor coil or the line set almost always means low airflow (a clogged filter, a dirty coil, a failed blower) or low refrigerant from a leak. Turn the system off and let it thaw before we arrive; running it frozen can damage the compressor.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
Repair it if the unit is under 10 years old and the fix is a fraction of replacement. Replace it if it is 12 or more years old and needs a compressor or a major refrigerant repair, if it uses discontinued R-22 refrigerant, or if it never kept up with the humidity because it was sized wrong. We show you both numbers.
What SEER2 rating should I buy?
For most Milwaukee homes a quality 14.3 to 16 SEER2 system is the sweet spot: cooling seasons are short, so the highest-efficiency tiers rarely pay back here. Where a two-stage or variable-speed system earns its price is humidity control and quiet, even comfort. We will show you the difference in writing.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. Carrier, Bryant, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, Amana, York and more. We service and repair every major brand. On replacements we usually recommend Lennox or Rheem, because as an authorized dealer we can back qualifying installs with a 10-year parts and labor warranty.
How long does an AC install take?
Most replacements are done in one day. We confirm the schedule when you approve the proposal and call before we arrive.
How much does a new air conditioner cost in Milwaukee?
Most Milwaukee-area central air replacements run $3,800 to $8,500 installed, according to 2026 Milwaukee figures from HVAC Project Cost, a cost-estimate website. Those are area averages, not our quotes. Size, efficiency, the line set and electrical work move the price, and you get a written number after a free estimate. Sources are in our Milwaukee HVAC price guide.
Are your repairs guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair is guaranteed for one year, parts and labor. If something we fixed fails within that year, call us and we make it right at no charge.
