On every call we test before we replace anything, show you the readings, and give you a flat-rate price before any work starts. Installs are done to code, with the permit pulled and the inspection scheduled whenever the work requires them.

We test before we replace anything and show you the readings, so you can see what failed and why.

You approve a flat-rate price
You get the price before any work starts, with repair and replacement options in writing when both make sense. No hourly surprises.

We fix it, test it and clean up
Most repairs are finished on the first visit. We test the system, clean up after ourselves and explain what we did.

Do you work on every brand?
Yes. We are an authorized Lennox and Rheem dealer, and we service and repair every major brand, including Carrier, Bryant, Trane, Goodman, Amana, York, Bosch and Mitsubishi.

All of Milwaukee County and Waukesha County, from our shop at 3206 9th Avenue in South Milwaukee. See every service area.
How is a repair priced?
The service call is $99 on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and $179 nights, weekends and holidays. After we find the problem you get a flat-rate price for the repair, and nothing is done until you approve it. Every repair is guaranteed for one year, parts and labor.
